The Village Clerk is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 8 AM-12 PM and 1 PM-5 PM. Cedar Rapids is governed by a five member board of trustees. The Village of Cedar Rapids provides sewer, street repair, water and solid waste disposal. Cedar Rapids also maintains a swimming pool and three city parks.
